I went out with Ami-chan last night coz I couldn't do it tonight since it's reserved for my family... and she gave me an early birthday present and WARNED ME NOT TO OPEN IT UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT, and THEN she's gonna tell me a very Slytherin-esque story that comes along with obtaining the present! Oh way to go in getting me LESS CURIOUS and LESS TEMPTED to not open the present before midnight! XD But I was a good girl. I waited....
My best friend came from Chicago for her year-end holiday in Indonesia a few days ago and am I glad she's home (for a lot different reasons) but one of them is for this:

YAY MY 1st BIRTHDAY PRESENT THIS YEAR!
It's a little bit early, yes, but I DON'T MIND! WINCHESTER BOYS... IN DVD CLARITY GOODNESS!!!!!!

Seriously, I'm deprived. 2 weeks already and no new Winchester episodes ahhhhhhhh
IS THE HOLLYWOOD STRIKE DONE YET??? Are we gonna get a full season this time?
If I sleep with this DVD box under my pillow... I wonder if the Winchesters will visit my dreams? .......or will the demons and monsters come instead
Iyada yo~
In other great happenings this week... I FINALLY GOT MY TOKIMEMO HAZUKI KEI SHINYUU ENDING!!!!!!! Now working on the shinyuu kokuhaku ending
I hope I'm on the right track.......
Thank you Celle for the Supernatural Season 2 DVD Boxset
Now I gotta get me SEASON 1!!!
Yep that's right folks... I DON'T have Season 1 Boxset... just coz I'm anal-OCD and I ONLY want Region 1 Boxsets coz Region 3 Boxsets are basically... crap
Haha... hint hint if anyone is wondering what to get me for my birthday this year LOL... hint hint... SUPERNATURAL SEASON 1 DVD BOXSET REGION 1... please
*snickers*
Holy crap the bonus feature had JARED'S ORIGINAL SCREEN TEST RECORDED FOOTAGE! Now my question is: WHY WASN'T JENSEN'S INCLUDED!!?!?! Please don't tell me they're saving it for the SEASON 3 BOXSET goodies??!?!
I'm kinda sad that they only inserted J&J commentaries into ONE EPISODE ONLY though... I always love listening to the actor commentaries coz they are always more fun and less technical (unlike the producers or the editors who are always talking about the how-tos) But I think in regards of actor commentaries, the funniest hands down I've ever heard from are Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum XD But I definitely love the J&J dynamics in the commentaries, and it's almost like they know already that the people who are gonna be LISTENING to the commentaries are FANS so they keep referring to the guest stars or staff by the first names and they didn't elaborate who they are because they're probably pretty sure that the fans listening would KNOW who the heck they're talking about. Like at one point in the episode Jensen goes: "Aw I miss Nicki." and if you're not a fan of SPN you'd probably be like, who the frack is "Nicki" but those of you who are avid followers would know that she's Nicki Aycox who plays our favorite charming demonette Meg in Season 1. Aw, I miss Nicki too
And I definitely love that J&J doesn't underestimate their fans/audience
I STILL WANT THE JENSEN SCREEN TEST FOOTAGE!!!! GIVE ME JENSEN NEXT SEASON!!!!!! I still have yet to go through the uncut scenes!!!! Goodies~ I'm loving this DVD! I'm such a geek....
Happy Birthday Aibo!
I really hope you had a great day today~ yes, this may be a little late, but I'm not technically late coz I already smsed her at 1 AM and also called her this morning LOL but I just can't let this day go by without writing something here.
I don't have any fancy schmancy birthday graphics this year, but I think words would be more suited to be able to express what I have to say on your birthday
What I say may seem repetitive year after year, but I think that there can never be too many times that I can tell you how glad I am to have you as a friend, and to know you all these years. Just to think about how randomly we met by chance, it also reminded me just how easily it would've been for us NOT to have met, and thinking about how it would be if I had NOT known you, then there would be quite A LOT OF FUN MEMORIES that has to be erased and my life would probably be kinda hollow!!! @_@
You know, it was until I have you as a friend that I truly understand the meaning of "opposites attract". Before that I never truly believed that opposites attract is actually POSSIBLE at all, but look at us! Just like what Takki said in his letter to Tsubasa, in this whole time we've known each other, I'd also be lying if I say it's been nothing but happy times! I'm sure that in one way or another we've annoyed each other albeit only mildly, but we've managed to still be here today as friends and still laughing together and never really grow apart even though we're now so busy with our jobs and hardly run into each other online nowadays. I truly think that we have a very special friendship because it is quite AMAZING to see that two very headstrong people who are not very agreeable (me 35%, you 0% agreeability in that Facebook personality test LOLOLOL) in real life, can actually get along for so many years, and to think about it, we've really never had a fight AT ALL!!!
So... Aibo, I'm gonna tell you this again this year, and I'll probably tell you again next year, and the year after that, and the year after that, and so on, and so on... that I'm really really glad that you found my blog on the internet, that we became real friends thanks to Takitsuba, and that we're still friends beyond the Takitsuba fandom. I wish you a very very happy birthday, and hope that we'll take another crazy trip to Japan soon... but before that, I'LL SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND IN... *beep* XDDDDDD
WTF EARTHQUAKE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I was at the 6th floor of my new office in the middle of a business call when I feel dizzy and heard creaking noises... and the window blinds started SWINGING!!! For a moment I thought my aircon was on so high it started blowing on the window blinds and then I realized... NO WAY MAN, THIS IS FREAKIN' EARTHQUAKE!!!!!
I just spent about 20 minutes waiting downstairs at the lobby with some colleagues... coz I panicked and immediately ran downstairs after locking my door... stupidly enough, leaving all my belongings upstairs, including my cellphone... so I have to come back upstairs to get it!!!
Better zip home now
Bye!
Now stuck in traffic jam in the car.... OMG SERIOUSLY I've been on the road for like 20 minutes now and I've only moved about.... 2 BLOCKS from where I started!!!! Jakarta really sucks right now, I don't know what the frak is going on but traffic had been super horrendous this past few weeks!!!!
Anyway... might as well make use of my time while stuck in traffic desho? I just simply went back to my previous earthquake entry, which was conveniently STILL sitting at the bottom of this main page (as I'm writing this entry)... due to... uh... lack of updating *hides* ==3 ...and clicked on the earthquake watch page over there... holy crap... Southern Sumatra... 7.9 8.2!!! WTF?????
God, Indonesia is really turning into Japan!!! I just read cnn.com and it mentions something about Indonesia sitting right on the epicenter of the "Pacific Basin's 'RING OF FIRE'" WHAT THE FRAK... "RING OF FIRE" sounds so... DOOMSDAY!!!! Iyadaaaaa!!!
Let's see... maybe I should use this time being stuck in traffic to... uh... translate Takiren 313? XD OK, let me do just that... XD
AGHGGHGHGHHHH SO MANY TAKITSUBA RELATED EXPENSES!!!!! My eyes popped when Cyn told me last night there were freakin TEN sets of stage photos from 2007 Enbujou up for sale on J-web! (And yes, those TEN SETS I'm talking about are Takki's! Meaning there are more sets of other Juniors!) TEN SETS OF STAGE PHOTOS EQUALS THIRTY FRAKKIN' THOUSAND YEN

ON JUST THE PHOTOS ALONE!!!! Isn't that like... USD 250??? Is it just me or is it a really absurdly ridiculous amount of money to spend on something made out of PAPER????
And yet we spend and spend all that money without even so much of a second thought, even if we know it's just PAPER but the fact that a Takki face is emblazoned on it makes all the huge difference! And everyone was being so evil, instead of discouraging me to NOT spend so much on stoopid photos they're all saying if I don't get all 10 sets I'll regret ittttt BWAAAAAAA.... SILENCIOOOOOO!!!!
AVADA KEDAVRAAAA!!!
So, I ended up getting ONLY *cough cough* 6 sets, and even though the album actually fits 40 photos but getting 8 sets means I MIGHT AS WELL GET ALL 10 SO I'M STICKING TO JUST 6!!!!! NO MORE TEMPTING ME ALL YOU EVIL EVIL PEOPLE!!! XD
...and that's only the photos yo. There's still the pamphlet (must have!), poster (not so much a must-have, but yeeah it's kinda a must-have), postcard (must have!), sensu (MUCHO MUST x10000 HAVE!), photo album (not so much a must have but since I bought stage photos it becomes an unfortunate necessity!)... and that ridiculously funny OIL BLOTTING PAPER (NOW THIS ONE IS A NO NEED TO HAVE XD) BWAHAHAHAHAAAA Aki, Cyn and I still laugh like hell everytime the subject of the notorious ENBUJOU OIL BLOTTING PAPER comes up~ it's just way too funny!!! AND NO, I DON'T WANT IT!!! ...wellll ok so maybe I kinda do, a little... XDDDD But that's just out of curiosity! LOL!
And I haven't fully paid my credit card debt with the Enbujou DVD charged on it. And I also backordered some magazines last month... and now my credit card will be charged again with the SAMURAI CDs... BTW, CDJAPAN SENT ME MAIL THAT SAMURAI CDs WERE SHIPPED OUT TODAY??? But today's only August 6?! That's... FAST!
Yay! But with it being shipped to Indonesia, and August 8 being the day where everybody in Jakarta goes to punch a hole in a ballot to elect yet another useless governor... I'll probably STILL get it later than everyone else! Hmph.
Aghghghghgh so much $$$$ running out like a leaky faucettttt!!! I'm seriously AFRAID to tally up how much I've actually spent on one Takizawa Hideaki alone along 2003 to present time......... I'm afraid the amount sums up to a digit that could actually... buy me a car???
Holy crap when was this ever cooked up??!!!! TAKIZAWA ENBUJOU DVD
??? REALLY??????? *jumps up and down around Sakura's room* When I saw CDJapan's Newsmail I was like WTF?! MORE RELEASES??? ALREADY??? I thought September??? Then I clicked and OMG that was totally unexpected!!! ENBUJOU DVD!!!

Iyaiya... but that would be more charges to my credit card debt... wtf... in which, after this Japan trip, probably won't get paid off until the next millenium? LOL~
God, I'm sooooooo tired. Japan is sooooo tiring!!!! All I do is walk and lug all my shopping crap and change trains and walk some more and get squished on the train. OH HOW I MISS MY CAR AND MY DRIVER, MY BIG HUGE BED AND BATHROOM...... yes Jakarta maybe all crazy traffic, but at least my feet doesn't hurt!!! And traveling here on trains... oh my god. It's no party when you have a suitcase weighing a ton and NO FREAKIN ESCALATORS IN SIGHT!!! At least in Jakarta all I gotta do is jump in a car with my luggage already in the trunk, hop out of a car, wave to a porter and he'll take care or everything until I see my luggage off at the check-in counter. My friend is traveling Europe and the U.S. on a business trip right now and he kept sms-ing me everyday complaining about how sucky it is that he has to carry his own bags. God, we Indonesians are soooo spoilt LOL. The country may be stoopid sometimes, but we really take it for granted.
I just don't know how Aki and I am gonna do this on Saturday... catching our plane in Kansai with our SUPER-OVERWEIGHT BAGGAGE!!!!!!!!!!!
OK better sleep now...
Going to Bali tomorrow for another WEDDING. By now, I think that's all you will remember me by. Nere who? The girl who goes to weddings all the time. Oh, THAT Nere. Yes, it will be written on my tombstone too. I don't know if I just know too many people, or if it's just the time and where everyone my age is getting married, or just because Indonesians invite waaaaay too many people to their weddings, but seriously, DO YOU KNOW ANYONE ELSE WHO GOES TO WEDDINGS AS MUCH AS ME??? *drops dead*
Well, at least for this one I'll get a 2-day vacation in Bali WOO-HOOOOOOO~ That's it man, I'm just going to check in and never step out of the hotel again until I have to board the plane on Sunday night. I will just camp by the pool and sleep allllll day Sunday.
Then, the dilemma: the wedding's DRESS CODE. Craptastic. I understand that dress codes are important but only if they are VAGUE and not in specific down to the darn colors! My friend's wedding theme is supposedly in the colors of turquoise/ocean blue and bright crimson red. So in her invitation she indicates the dress code is: ROMANTIC CHIC WITH A TOUCH OF RED / OCEAN BLUE. First of all, I understand FORMAL, SEMI-FORMAL, BLACK TIE, CASUAL, but what on earth is ROMANTIC CHIC and how do you "translate" that into a dress??? (Good luck to the guys) Secondly, since this is a Bali wedding, I'm just assuming it won't be as crazy-ass formal as weddings at Jakarta's Ritz-Carlton or Hotel Mulia (read: not the 5-kg-floor-length-sequin/swarovski-monster-puked-on-your-dress kind), so I have to find something that's not so formal, yet also not so casual. But as I ventured into my closet last night I found that the reds or ocean blues that I have are either too casual or too freakin' formal, and the ones that are just right are NOT in red or ocean blue! *pulls hair* Ahhh screw the dress code. I'm wearing dark blue. And just for the hell of it I'll throw on a red shawl. I do realize that I will look like a freakin' flag, but if anyone asks, I'll just tell them that I can't make up my mind on whether I'm a Republican or a Democrat XD
P.S.
Sakura, ARE YOU READY FOR MUSIC STATION TONIGHT???? Enough practice??? DAME DAME DAME DAME DAME DAME..... XD I am soooooo watching my download FRAME BY FRAME in 300% zoom just to look out for you mwahahaha~ have lots and lots of fun with T&T tonight!!!!
