There's actually a page in the Yakult Swallows Ho! SUMMER page that has images of the furitsuke instructions but seriously... I have no idea what that penguin swallow is doing hahahaha~ so not helpful hahahahh! DVD quickly come!!!

haha yeah that yakult swallows instructions TOTALLY DOES NOT HELP AT ALL!!! The PV definitely helps but it doesn't teach you much of the movements coz they keep changing scenes ne... only the chorus part... :D or maybe that's it of the furitsuke LOL? XD once they're out on TV we'll definitely learn even more ahahah~ omg i'm sooo intrigued on HOW exactly they will perform Ho!Summer on TV... like the stage and setting etc... LOL XD
