I still remember that back in May 2004 I went and *ROFL* upon hearing that Takki's appearing a TV program in Kansai called 「ちちんぷいぷい」 (read: chi-chin-pui-pui) Hahah~ anyway, Takki did a VTR recording in this bangumi to promote both Satomi Hakkenden and also his solo concert but OMG dude, when he first appeared on screen, I think my morning coffee almost exploded entire out of my mouth because... erm... ok... which is better ne? Yamabushi hairdo or an EBOSHI BONNET BUHAHAHAHAHAHA *LOL* OMG I just wanted to like grab that bonnet off his head and run as fast as I can and hide it so it won't ever find its way onto Takki's head again! LOL!!! But everytime he smiled he looked soooo kawaiiiiii in that disturbingly unsexy hat I've always loathed in Yoshitsune, except now its 100x worse coz it's got STRAPS that makes it look like a BONNET in my eyes! ROFL!!!!!

And so I'm grinning... grinning... grinning... (Can you see me grin as wide as the milkyway?) and then suddenly came THIS question:

*DIES LAUGHING*

*WHACKS HIM 1000000x WITH MY NEW HARRY POTTER WAND!*

RIDDIKULUS!

(turns him bald)

Erm... not that Takki is a Boggart... OMG I'm just kidding! XD TAKKI URUSAI FANS DON'T KILL ME LOLOLOLOL~

LOL this is soooo funny~ One of the hosts' name is Sumi-san and he said that when they were recording Takki to speak the introduction, Takki NG-ed!!! *LOL* So basically he's supposed to say:

Kyakakkakakakaaa *ROFL* Takki Takki Takki YOU wa needs to be WHACKED coz you're soooooooo endearing even when you're making mistakes! Ahhh I bet he's probably nervous because of the bloody bonnet!!! Because, for one, he keeps adjusting that bonnet *LOL* And later on there's actually a section where he EXPLAINS why exactly he's being interviewed wearing that attire HAHAHAHA~

Anyway, then they flashbacked on the time in May 2004 when Takki came to the show (this was during Dream Boy Osaka), and Takki talked about how at that time Sumi-san (the host--who is btw, a middle-aged man) called him not by "Takizawa Hideaki-san" or "Takizawa-san" but "TAKKI" And he was soooo happy being called that~

Uh... ehe... Takki........ One thing, I SURE HOPE THAT SUMI-SAN REALLY IS 60 YEARS OLD AND NOT LIKE.... YOUNGER *ROFL* Hahahahaha

And then he started explaining why is he in that attire (erm... and the eboshi bonnet? LOL) He says that it's for Satomi Hakkenden, then he starts promoting it blabla... 50th anniversary... TBS... date... time... yada yada yada... fantasy epic with lots of action etc etc and then the VTR showed us the Satoken set where he was apparently, really wearing that exact same costume *LOL* Anyway, there was Ayase Haruka, Shoei, Oshio Manabu on the set along with a lot of other actors I'm not sure who... and then I see Takki walking around the set, and then suddenly there's this very ODD grin on his face and I kneeeewwwww that was not his usual dorky grin but more of an evil mischievous grin!!!!

タッキー何だよその顔！ *LOL*

OMG *WHAT* IS THAT FACEEEEE ALL ABOUT LMAOOOOO~~~ he grins, he walks over, peers behind a pillar and it turns out he caught sight of one of the actors DOZING OFF at the set I couldn't see what Takki was holding but he definitely had something and was making a face and waving whatever he's holding near that dude's face! Buhahahahahahhahaaa dork dork dork dork dork dork dork dork dork dork dork lovable dork dork dork dork dork dork dork

Ah anyway... I guess if he does have to wear that strapped eboshi at least the rest of the men in the cast are wearing it too hahahah

There's Shoei, Oshio Manabu, and also the third frame was with Ayase Haruka and look at that! Takki's adjusting his hat again LOL! Btw, Shoei has this really unique face structure doesn't he? For some reason he looks very caucasian to me. Hmmmm anyway, never mind not important And ahhh... pretty pretty pretty boy Inuzuka Shino

AH BUT ME WANTS PONYTAIL SHINO! NOT BONNET SHINO! LOL! See, I'm fussy even about his HATS! LOL！

LOL when he's replying he sounds kinda flattered that the interviewer said his movements look really FAST for the cameras to catch, but at the same time we can see on his face that he doesn't really think that he's THAT fast! LOLOLOL~ But LOL... hahahahah~ he looks sooo flattered

Do Japanese productions use stuntmen Ahhh must pray for Takki's safety every night

Uh-oh ........ someone flipped a SWITCH!!!!!

And then I completely tuned out coz they started talking about these two wrestlers, Akebono vs Bobby? *LOL*--erm omoshirokunai~ LOL XD They were asking which one Takki thinks would win against the other and he was giving out all this analysis on their strength and technique and blah blah blah And he came to a conclusion that erm... Bobby (what an unlikely name for a wrestler LOL) has better stamina than Akebono. Hmmm... I think Akebono is that huge guy who once posed with Takki in TV Guide (or was it TV Weekly) because he guest-appeared once in Takki's previous TV show Golden Muscle~ and Takki looked like a midget aside Akebono-san!

Hmmmm... I wonder if "Bobby" is actually Bob Sapp And how the heck is it that I actually KNOW who these two names are--and what they look like for that matter I've been a Takki fan too long man... seriously......

Oh then he talks about his solo concert, because this is a Kansai TV show, so he talks about his Osaka concert Mostly same info we already know (Ahhhh glory be being a Takki fan ) There will be about 6 of his own self-written songs, and he said there will definitely be a "Yoshitsune Corner" Kya kya~ I'll finally get to see Yoshitsune-dono~ I wonder which Yoshitsune will he present... little green clown version (Shanaou) Hat Yoshi Warrior Yoshi Or... erm..... bad hair Yoshi (alias yamabushi mountain monk Yoshi?) LOL I'd laugh so hard if bad hair Yoshi made an appearance hahahaahaha~

Sandy, I think you've got it right. I think this guy's name is Bobby Oregon. He appears on tons of TV variety & quiz shows in Japan. I can't seem to come up with anything in the search engines; I might have spelled his surname wrong.

On the other hand, Bob Sapp who had the same type of celebrity a few years ago, was a K-1 fighter. I had been meaning to find out if he was related to American football player Warren Sapp and it does turn out that they are brothers.

*yes I watch too much sports on TV, LOL!*
